The design and finishes of all the units I toured at Crystal Creek were outstanding. What was curious was the multitude of units available (12?) and the wide variety of price ranges. Some units boasting 5-7k in upgrades looked virtually the same as the lower priced units. A flyer advertised one for less than 300k but again, the difference was difficult to discern. If this community was in walking distance to public transit, it might make it to the top pick list. Not sure where the Sasquatch trail leads in the wetland behind the community. You can hear the roar of a nearby interstate.
