MEGA NUTCASE IN F-27

There is this crazy lady that lives in f-27 she chases around other owners with her complaints as though she owns the whole place herself she has had multiple restraining orders against her yet they let her serve on the BOD not that she would really serve anything or anybody and she has drove at least 1 resident to commit suicide

A condo in hell is better than this place

This place couldn't blow much more donkey cock that it does. The neighborhood consists of an old Grannie that could die at any moment who complains about everything such as parking in her "guest spot", a comic book nerd who runs the board & many stuck up old women who drive Honda CR-V's & a Black Saturn! Committing murder & serving a life sentence in a jail cell is better than living here!

If racquetwood is so great, then why are 3 units in one building for sale? also, we did have a manager that did care, most people said he did a good job, I have seen condos way nicer than these and the dues are lower, anyways look for yourself and when you see all the disgusting mold, ugly cabana with torn up furniture, then decide.

I live here for over 10 years and I will say this our neighborhood and the people. Every community has it up and downs.

Don't let these other comments sway your oppinon look for your self. Yes there are things that need done around here, but they are getting done now. We now have a maintence person that cares and wants to work to improve our property.

Live somewhere else!

This place sucks, all the neighbors are psycho's, get into everyone's business and trash talk about other people. Everyone here acts like they own the place. When they really don't! I haven t met such fake people in my entire life, and its not only about the people, but the place itself, is gross, there is mold everywhere on the outside of the buildings, porches, patios, decks & etc. No one takes care of this place at all, it use to be nice, when it was taken care of, now all it looks like is trailer trash.
