The building is conservative in character and very quiet. It is located out of the mainstream of Alki businesses and beach activity and yet it's only a block away. Residents are courteous and tend to be private. There are no smokers in the building and smoking is restricted from all public areas in the building including the garage. Although Alki summer activity creeps into the immediate area, it still maintains a somewhat removed charm and neighborhood feel.
The building is user friendly and living on the 3rd floor I access my residence using the stairwell 80% of the time.
The only drawback is with increased beach activity in the summer, parking, for those without garage ownership, can be challenging and frustrating.
