Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Casey Sullivan is chief executive officer and co-founder of CondoCompare, Inc., a Seattle-based company that facilitates the comparing, buying, and selling of condominiums through its website, CondoCompare.com.

As chief executive officer, Sullivan is responsible for the overall vision, business strategy, and execution for the company. He brings more than 10 years of experience within the real estate industry to CondoCompare, Inc. During his years in the real estate industry, he has built a cohesive team of experts in both the online and real estate space to help CondoCompare, Inc. pioneer new innovations in online real estate sales.

Prior to starting CondoCompare, Inc., Sullivan founded Columbia Funding, a real estate finance company in downtown Seattle. He also founded Type A Development, LLC, a local real estate development firm focusing on condo conversions, renovations, and land development. Both companies continue to be profitable and highly successful.

Sullivan began his career at UBS in Seattle working as an assistant to a broker, where he was responsible for new stock option accounts for the premier IPOs in the late 1990s through 2001. He attended Seattle Pacific University with a focus in business administration and finance.

Sullivan is a native of Redmond, Wash. and currently resides in Seattle, Wash. with wife of six years Stephanie, son, Hudson and dogs, George and Chloe.

Brett Frosaker

Brett Frosaker is president of CondoCompare, Inc., a Seattle-based company that facilitates the comparing, buying, and selling of condominiums through its website, CondoCompare.com. Frosaker is highly accomplished in managing condominium development projects and brings more than nine years of condominium sales and marketing experience to CondoCompare, Inc. As president and co-founder, Frosaker is responsible for contributing to the overall vision, market expansion, and operations of the company.

Prior to founding CondoCompare in 2006, Frosaker was the broker and owner of Columbia Real Estate, a real estate brokerage firm focusing on new construction and conversion markets, providing industry analysis, predevelopment services, marketing, and brokerage services for clients.

Before Columbia Real Estate, Frosaker was recruited by a local development company as a construction project manager, where he managed the renovation and conversion of a large garden-style apartment community to condominiums. This is where he began his career in the marketing and sales of condominiums.

Frosaker began his real estate career during college by managing and rehabbing Seattle apartment buildings, before working for three years as an account manager for a local pension and benefit company.

For more than a decade, Frosaker has been serving as a development representative and marketing project manager on new construction and conversion projects for the development community throughout the Puget Sound. In 2000, he founded The FatReport, a comprehensive condominium marketing report of all condominium projects in the greater Seattle area.

Frosaker received his business degree with an emphasis in finance from the University of Washington. He sits on the board of the community organization Ravenna Bryant Community Association (RBCA) and the City University Community Advisory Committee (CUCAC). The CUCAC is comprised of community members, city representatives and university representatives.

Frosaker is a native of Minot, N.D. and currently resides in Seattle, Wash. with his wife Kristin, two sons, William and Matthew, and their cat, Frank. Frosaker enjoys outdoor activities, spending time with his family, and previewing new condominium communities.

Walter Conner

Walter Conner

Chief Marketing Officer

Walter Conner is chief marketing officer for CondoCompare, Inc., a Seattle-based company that facilitates the comparing, buying, and selling of condominiums through its website, CondoCompare.com. Conner is responsible for worldwide marketing, brand development, public relations, and strategic messaging for the company.

Prior to joining CondoCompare.com, Conner was vice president of marketing for Prepared Response, Inc., a Seattle-based software firm that specializes in crisis management and response software. Conner developed a multimodal marketing campaign utilizing branding, public relations, Web 2.0 online marketing, and sophisticated direct mail and e-mail campaigns to promote company’s Rapid Responder program, resulting in 220% revenue growth in first year.

Conner was also senior director of communications for drugstore.com, where he helped position the company as the leading online provider of health, beauty, vision, and pharmacy products. While at drugstore.com, he instituted a strategic marketing and public relations program designed to increase awareness of drugstore.com’s online e-commerce site, build credibility for company’s path to profitability, and reestablish relationships with trade and financial analysts. The increased awareness of the online retailer resulted in a 450% increase in the stock price within first year.

Conner also held senior level marketing and communications roles at AskMe.com, Check Point Software, Microsoft, and Attachmate.

Conner has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Washington. He also studied in London, England in conjunction with the UW's Study Abroad program and attended the University of Washington’s Graduate School of Business Executive Leadership Program.

Matt Willis

Chief Technology Officer

Matt Willis is chief technology officer for CondoCompare, Inc., a Seattle-based company that facilitates the comparing, buying, and selling of condominiums through its website, CondoCompare.com. Willis is responsible for the technology platform, SEO positioning, the development and design team, and strategic internet campaigns.

Prior to joining CondoCompare, Matt founded Switch Development, a web strategy firm in Seattle specializing in internet technology development. Working with startup companies and internet based businesses, he has a broad range of experience for applying business ideas to the internet environment.

Matt brings the mix between visual sensitivity and technical aptitude that is crucial for thoughtful web technologies. A veteran of over 10 years he is sensitive to the changing trends and nature of the web and prides himself in pushing every modern approach and technology that the web has to offer. Matt loves to get his hands dirty with the technology and it is not uncommon to see our light on at 3AM and find Matt in the office cracking some AJAX complexity that even Google is saying may be impossible to solve.

Matt has a BA in Computer Science with a Minor in Buisness Administration from Seattle Pacific University.
