Office Assistant - Seattle

We're looking for another friendly voice to be the first line of communication between the world and our office, and to support our busy real estate team. Our office assistant will help us maintain order in our busy environment by professionally communicating with our customers, forwarding and tracking faxes and other documents, keeping our files organized and supporting the team.

Required skills:

Ability to manage multi-line phones
Great attention to detail

Transaction Coordinator Assistant - Seattle

The CondoCompare Real Estate Operations team is currently looking for licensed transaction coordinators with a keen sense of detail and the motivation to get the job done right. As Transaction Coordinator Assistant, you will work to guarantee that our clients experience a seamless escrow process. Coordinating with loan, title, and escrow professionals to ensure the transaction proceeds on schedule is a critical piece of the job, as is providing support to our busy real estate team. The Transaction Coordinator Assistant will also help manage our customer databases and document repositories, keeping all files up-to-date.

Required skills:

Active Washington State Real Estate License
Experience with at least 20 residential real estate transactions

Our Offices

The Seattle Office
CondoCompare's Seattle office is located in Downtown Seattle in the Columbia Tower, perched about 750 feet above the ground on the 73rd floor, which we feel is a distinct advantage as we can literally see everything that is happening in the condo market from Vancouver to Tijuana . We have one of the greatest offices in the city and we take great care of our team with all of the technology you need to be efficient and productive.

The Portland/Vancouver Office
CondoCompare's Portland office is located in Downtown Portland near the Pearl District. We love the urban feel of downtown Portland yet we are very close to all of the major freeways to make sure we can meet any client in any part of the Portland suburbs inside of 30 minutes. We are currently serving Portland, Beaverton, Tigard, Hillsborough, Lake Oswego, and Vancouver. This is a very down to earth team that is great to be around.

Atlanta
CondoCompare is launching in Atlanta in June of 2007 where the Condo market is very strong. Similar to all of our other offices, the Atlanta location is very professional yet fun. We welcome you to come by our office whether you are a customer or you are thinking about joining our team.

California
We are currently licensed in California and we are looking for an operations manager and principal broker to join our team. We plan to open offices in San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, Los Angeles and Orange County. If you are and experience broker in any of these areas with a team to support you, please contact us right away.

Florida
We are currently licensed in Florida as well and plan to open our office as soon as we find the perfect principal brokers. We plan to open in 4 different locations including Miami, Ft Lauderdale, Daytona, and Tampa.
